Responsible AI governance and risk
Responsible AI governance and risk is the work of deciding who is accountable for an AI system and how its risks are managed from design to retirement. AI companies need it because customers, regulators and boards now ask who owns the risk.
More AI systems are moving into real products, and buyers, regulators and boards want clear answers about who owns what. Founders often feel that pressure before they have anyone to meet it. These hires are tricky because the titles overlap and the work sits between engineering, legal and product. Strong candidates have usually managed risk, audit or compliance elsewhere, and can still talk to engineers without losing them.
