Conversation, prompt and context design
Conversation, prompt and context design shapes how a model is spoken to and what it knows, so it behaves usefully and stays within bounds. AI companies need it because raw model capability does not turn into a dependable product without it.
Models now sit inside products that real customers rely on, and the gap between a good demo and a good service is mostly design. Teams are finding that someone must own dialogue, instructions and context. These hires are tricky because titles overlap and the skill often hides inside broader roles. Look for people who test their work against real failures, not just write clever wording.
